About Us

In 2005 Vlad Lysik decided to start a painting business after working as a painter for a previous company for close to 3 years.  He made a couple business cards started giving them to property management companies.  Vlad`s company has since expanded to offer many more services such as: maintenance, flooring, cleaning, and renovations.  Throughout this growth he has been able to maintain a working relationship with many of the clients, some of which have been clients for over 17 years!   
 
Vlad started his business with a focus on quality and client satisfaction, we believe that it is these two things that have made Capital Prestige able to build and maintain client relationships.  When you work with us you will find that these are 2 virtues that define us in all our work!
